At korea-derma.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Products and Pricing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@korea-derma.shop with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account — sometimes it takes time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is processed.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
